thePurplebox is a modern `transactional` email delivery platform designed for developers who need reliable, secure, and programmatic email sending.
It provides a simple REST API, SMTP relay, and real-time analytics to help you send, track, and manage transactional emails at scale.

The platform focuses on easy authentication, high deliverability, and team-based collaboration, making it suitable for both small projects and large teams.

## API & SMTP Email Delivery

Send emails through a clean HTTP API or via SMTP using API keys.
Each key is can be scoped to a domain for improved security and deliverability.

## Domain-Based Authentication

Support for DKIM, SPF, and DMARC to ensure that emails sent from your domain meet the highest deliverability standards.

## Team & Permissions System

Work in teams with two simple roles:

`Admin` - full access to manage domains, API keys, team members

`Developer` - can send emails and view logs, but restricted from high-risk actions

## Real-Time Metrics Dashboard

Monitor email delivery status, open rates, click rates, and bounce rates in real-time through an intuitive dashboard.

## Internal Reputation System

Every sender (customer) builds an internal reputation score based on sending behavior, bounce rates, spam hits, and content quality.

## Secure Message Processing

Emails pass through a multi-layer filtering pipeline using Rspamd and internal policies to prevent abuse, maintain IP/domain reputation, and ensure safe sending.
